Henk has over 30 years of international banking experience, including managing divisional, country and regional businesses, as well as assets and portfolios in widely diverse geographies and markets, with an emphasis on Central and Eastern Europe. He worked in Romania during 2011-2014 as Country Executive for the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Henk acquired a successful track record in business transformation and complex change programs including improvements in the commercial, financial, and business performance of organizations relating to strategy development and implementation, M&A, restructuring, divestment, spin-offs and wind downs.

He operated productively in a wide range of corporate, cultural and geographical environments lived and worked in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Russia and CIS, Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Turkey, UAE and gained additional regional experience in Latin America.

Henk holds a Master of Science in Econometrics from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam.

Cosmin has over 18 years of experience as a professional in banking and financial services.

Before joining the First Bank team, Cosmin held top management positions with financial and banking entities, such as ProCredit Bank Romania and good.bee Credit IFN Romania.

Cosmin has extensive experience in risk management and internal control, leading specialized structures in these areas for the last 13 years.

Cosmin graduated the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, School of Cybernetics, Statistics and Business Information Technology, and has a master’s degree in Management of Banking Systems awarded by the same University. He also attended several training courses on banking management and financial risk, in Romania, Germany and Luxemburg.

Răzvan Filcescu is Vice President of FIRST BANK and former non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Bank Leumi Romania.

He coordinates the Credit Division (the Departments of Corporate Credit Assesment, SME & Micro Credit Assessment, Retail Credit Analysis and Fraud Loan Prevention Department), the Debt Collection and Workout Division (Collection and Restructuring Department, Workout Department and Monitoring & Reporting Department), as well as the activities of the Transformation Division.

Răzvan Filcescu is a senior banking executive with over 20 years of banking & financial experience. With extensive banking experience, gained in banks such as Procredit Bank and Credit Europe Bank, Răzvan began his career as loan officer and constantly evolved into important management positions, deeply involved in the process of building a commercial bank. In recent years, his activity focused on the lending area of ​​companies, but also on specific debt collection and workout activities.

Răzvan graduated the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest, holding a B.Sc. in Banking and Stock Exchanges.

He also holds an MBA in Financial Management at City University of Seattle.

Nikolaos coordinates the recovery operations for Business and Retail segments, as well as the Real Estate Owned function of the Bank.

Nikolaos has extensive expertise in managing and restructuring non-performing loans, corporate banking and credit risk. With an international track record of over 30 years in recovery banking and active management sectors, Nikolaos has previously been Deputy General Manager of Piraeus Bank Romania, and held a number of key positions within Tirana Bank, Uniastrum Bank - Russia, Bank of Cyprus, Arab Bank PLC - Athens, Piraeus Bank, Credit Lyonnais Greece.

Nikolaos holds a Master's Degree in Business Management, with a major in Finance from the University of Toledo, Ohio, and has a Bachelor's Degree in Economic Sciences from the Slippery Rock University, Pennsylvania.

Anca Petcu este membră a echipei executive a companiei, ca vicepreședinte First Bank și Chief Operations Officer (COO).

În calitate de COO,  coordonează proiecte de importanță strategică pentru bancă, cu impact în dezvoltarea business-ului, respectiv întreaga arie de Change Management. Astfel, ea conduce diviziile de operațiuni și IT, logistică & procurement, back office treasury, project management și IT Security.

Anca are o expertiză de peste 20 de ani în industria serviciilor financiare, banking și leasing, în domenii precum vânzări retail și corporate, administrarea riscului, restructurare și transformare digitală. Înainte de a se alătura First Bank, ea a deținut rolul de Chief Transformation Officer în cadrul BCR, unde a contribuit la definirea și implementarea inițiativelor de transformare a băncii, coordonând direcția de Strategie, cea de Management al Proiectelor și cea de Procese și Reglementări.

Este absolventă a Academiei de Studii Economice, a urmat cursuri de specializare la IESE Business School și este alumni London Business School.
